Terms of Service

These terms are being finalized ahead of general availability and are subject to change; they are not the final agreement and are not legal advice.

The service

UnitTrack is a hosted platform for ingesting, analyzing, and publishing disclosure-controlled utility data, provided by Polish Clover Solutions ("we," "us") and licensed on a non-exclusive basis.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be authorized to act for your organization. You are responsible for your account and your organization's members and for keeping credentials confidential. Two-factor authentication is required for all users.

Your data & license to us

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us the limited, non-exclusive rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and authority to upload the data and to have it processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to re-identify individuals from published aggregates, circumvent the platform's disclosure controls, upload data you lack the rights to, misuse others' data, or disrupt or probe the service except under an authorized security test.

Fees & billing

Paid subscriptions are not yet enabled. If and when billing is activated, subscription fees will be processed by Stripe; card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our systems. Specific pricing and payment terms will be presented at the point of subscription.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Warranties & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. (Final limits to be set with counsel.)

Term & termination

Either party may terminate per the applicable order or engagement. On termination we return or delete your data as described in the Data Processing Addendum, subject to legal obligations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
